I noticed that they took longer to work and didn’t pull out as much of the impurities, which was disappointing. These do the job at a reasonable price. They come in 3 different sizes so you can choose one that fits best and not waste. While the salicylic acid works on the acne or pimple, the added salicylic acid and tea tree oil help sooth the area and keep any redness from appearing. I got these patches to help with cystic acne that I sometimes get on my face. These things really work well. I have tried several other brands of pimple patches before. These are the most effective ones I have used so far. They draw out the oils from my pimples overnight. I wake up and can see a real difference. They do not bother my sensitive skin at all. This is amazing because they work so well. I was worried they might irritate my skin but they did not. The pack comes with three different sizes. This is helpful for different sized pimples. However, some of the smaller patches are too small for my cystic acne. I mostly use the medium and large sizes. The small ones do not cover my bigger spots well enough. I would recommend these patches to anyone dealing with acne. They stick well and stay on all night. They are easy to use and really do what they promise. I am happy with how well they work for me.
