So far, I've been impressed. It is very slick and cleans up easily. Note that must be hand-washed only. Some typical non-stick cheap pans I started using around the same time are already getting baked-on crud around the edges. But this one looks as good as new. These are somewhat expensive, but so far that cost is justified. Only time will tell if they stand up to lots of use. My rating system: 5 Stars = Knocks it out of the park. A great value! 4 Stars = Excellent product. A solid buy. 3 Stars = It provides some value, but perhaps not as advertised. 2 Stars = A little dubious, so do your research.
