High quality baking pan with even heat distribution
I decided to try this pan instead of the standard metal pan. I do a lot of baking at Christmas and it't important for me to have a pan where the heat is evenly distributed. This is a high quality pan for the price, especially if you are a serious baker. You can also make casseroles in it. I also bought the 8 x 10 version. Read more
Get it - don't hesitate!!
I shouldn't get excited about a pan, but this one was really wonderful. OXO always has such great products. I make a Dutch Puff Pancake occasionally for us and this pan is the perfect size and nothing sticks. Great quality. Read more
Very good heavyweight baking pan. For use up to 450F only. Not dishwasher-safe.
So far, I've been impressed. It is very slick and cleans up easily. Note that must be hand-washed only. Some typical non-stick cheap pans I started using around the same time are already getting baked-on crud around the edges. But this one looks as good as new. These are somewhat expensive, but so far that cost is justified. Only time will tell if they stand up to lots of use. My rating system: 5 Stars = Knocks it out of the park. A great value! 4 Stars = Excellent product. A solid buy. 3 Stars = It provides some value, but perhaps not as advertised. 2 Stars = A little dubious, so do your research. Read the critical reviews! 1 Star = Avoid this product and look elsewhere. Read more

A good buy
I really like this little pan. It's a nice weight, color, constructed well. It's ceramic over metal. Seems to conduct heat pretty evenly and cleans up well. I always use nonstick so I recommend others do. I bought it to replace a metal Cephalon pan that was poorly made and difficult to clean. Read more
