This is not gel polish! They have nail gel and nail laquer that I'm assuming is the same thing with different names. It does have a very low odor, almost like the smell of interior wall paint. The polish is on the thin side and took multiple coats to cover fully. My photo shows it with one coat. The drying time is pretty quick, but with having to put on multiple layers it doesn't really save you time. The color is nice and bright, so I guess that's a plus. Read more

Absolutely beautiful color! I didn't apply any base or even a top coat - this was just a test. Two coats dried fast and there was no nail polish smell! Not sure how they were able to get rid of the smell but they did. Great shine, rich color. I'd definitely get this again. Read more

This is “cornflower”. Which is obviously not at all similar to the listing photos. I was expecting a much deeper blue. I never expect colors to match the listings exactly, as lighting plays a huge role in it, but this is just not even remotely close. Aside from that, the quality of this polish is horrible. I paint my nails often, and have never used a worse polish. I would have been better off using years old polish, because this was about the same. The texture was extremely thick and did not apply smoothly at all. I had to apply 2 thick coats. On the plus side, it did dry relatively quickly. The brush is not shaped well to curve around your nail, and ends up making a huge mess on your cuticles. Unfortunately, after less than a day’s wear they were already chipped badly, and I had to remove the polish. I don’t see the bottle lasting very long because of how goopy the polish already is. The "fuchsia" color looks much brighter than it did on my laptop screen - I expect variation a little bit, but the "fuchsia" color looks much more like "hot pink" in person. I would not wear this bright of a color. That said, my eight-year-old daughter really liked the color. P2P claims that this "gel" polish can be used by kids or adults, but I just don't want my eight-year-old holding her hands under the UV light for two minutes. Other than that, I really do like the concept. Gel polish is a process with the curing of the base coat and top coat, so a gel polish that works in just a coat or two is a great idea. These polishes are great. I received two colors peachy keen and Caribbean skies. They are both easy to apply I suggest 2 coats as the second coat fixes any imperfections from the first coat.
