I love these pillows! I couldn't spend a fortune on pillows. But, I did want something that would keep its shape help a side sleeper. These are perfect! They fluffy up nicely time after time, and are dreamy to sleep on. Also, unlike so many items these days, they don't arrive in some shrink-wrapped wad! I like the pillows, but, they’re too soft, I let them fluff, try weren’t firm enough, so I condensed them to one end and it was much better, firmer. Help my bad neck issues while trying to sleep . I use flannel pillow cases all year round to not feel cooling effect… Read more
I spent a little extra to get the set, possibly stay ahead of the game for the next time that I need a pillow. One of them is the most incredible pillow that I’ve ever used, so I’m mostly going to rate that one. The second one was a little scant of the down filling, so it’s unusable to everyone except my seven-year-old nephew, who loves it, but he falls asleep on hardwood and enjoys putting peas up his nose, so… no amount of fluffing, following the instructions, or anything besides maybe putting Moore down into this pillow could make it suitable for an adult head. I don’t know if it was one in 1 million, or if it’s a common inconsistency, but it’s an inconsistency, so I figured I’d put it out there for anyone who cares. Read more

Let’s start with the good. These are incredibly well made and packaged like a premium product. Now for the bad, they are flat pillows and you have to refluff them all night long. Reminds me of the pillows at a cheap hotel, except thinner. I tried everything and within a few minutes you are basically laying your head on a few millimeters of fabric until you fluff the pillow again. They could really use some micro fiber or shredded foam added to the pillow to help keep stuff in place or even better some kind of quilting to keep stuff from moving. If you are a side sleeper these may be acceptable, otherwise there just doesn’t seem to be much support. Read more
I purchased a 2 pack of the FIRM pillows w/gussets about 2 weeks ago. I was initially skeptical because i have tried many pillows over the years (synthetic, memory foam, side sleeper), and disliked them all. I have neck issues, and would wake up with a stiff or aching neck. Sometimes my shoulders would hurt. Pillows are such a personal thing. I followed the directions to fluff them up, and I'm really glad I bought them! My head sinks in some, but curiously still feels supported, and I can pull the pillow easily under my neck/shoulder area. The pillows fluff back up nicely.
