These pillows are firm yet comfortable. Exactly what I was looking for: I read in bed & wanted pillows that could support my neck & shoulders; wash ability. The quality is excellent. Packaging was impressive. If you follow the directions they will fluff up nicely. I let mine sit out for 2 days prior to using but that’s just me. I have ordered countless goose down pillows, Casper, Serra, polyester, gel filled pillows - you name it. They either fell flat, too stiff, too filled, hurt my ears, had feathers poking out or killed my neck. It felt like I genuinely couldn’t win and at this point I gave up. I ordered these and they were beautifully packaged even as a gift. Presentation definitely gave a luxurious feel. But I still wasn’t convinced. I noticed they had a bit of weight to them (think of ritz Carlton pillows type weight). I threw them in the dryer on ‘air fluff’ and they plumped right up. After putting them in the pillow case, I did a smoosh test. I was able to smoosh it and mold it under my cheek and chin perfectly as a side sleeper which is exactly what I wanted. My neck was perfectly elevated and my ears weren’t painfully bent back. At this point I was decently impressed. But wait - it gets better. I read on introductory card that arrived in the package that these also come with a 3 year warranty which you don’t see often anymore! Love a company that stands by their product and maintaining a good relationship with their customers! As someone who invests into ‘higher end’ products and price points, I appreciated the return investment from the company, wanting to maintain a good year long relationship with their consumers. I’m not sure as far longevity goes, but I will report back after some time. So far, surprisingly impressed. Read more

These are by far the BEST pillows I have ever bought. They are sooooo comfortable and supportive! Neck and back pain are gone! Washing is easy, and they are beautifully made! I am ordering more for my entire house! Read more

Excellent pillows! Searched a few years for a replacement made exactly like my all time favorite one from Pacific Coast. These are nearly identical! Perfect support, just the right amount of firmness, and long enough to wrap around to keep me on my side. Read more

These pillows were a little bit too dense and stiff for sleeping… But they really look good inside the shams. They fill them out and make them stand up nicely on the bed. Read more

I purchased 4 pillows. I HATE them all. They flatten and are hard like rocks. I have been getting constant neck pain that leads to headaches when I wake up. I waited to write a review to make sure it was accurate review after having used the pillows. No amount of fluffing helps. I wish I could return these. Ugh extremely dissatisfied and frustrated since I spent a pretty penny. Read more
