I've been using this stuff since I was a kid, and I still love it just as much as I did then. This is without a doubt my favorite lip balm. It smells great, but doesn't have a strong taste. It goes on your lips smoothly, without a trace of grittiness that some other lip balms have. It doesn't contain any menthol or camphor, so it doesn't dry out your lips the way some other lip balms do. I love this stuff. I could say so many great things about this stuff. I haven't found anything I like as much, which makes it a real pain that it's hard to find in stores. I'm not sure how the smaller Palmers Cocoa Butter lip balms differ, but they're absolutely not the same, and nowhere near as wonderful. My only real complaint was the same as many other people's: the tube is big and bulky. Thankfully I found that it melts and re-hardens very easily and can be poured into different containers, such as empty Lip Balm Container Tubes or Empty Plastic Cosmetic Containers . I've melted and poured these lip balms into several small tubes, and they're super handy! My favorite lip balm in a convenient, pocket sized form! Read more
I've used this product for roughly 12+ years. I have tried many lip balms and this is the only product I will use (my ten year old son always has his own tube and prefers this brand, too). The stick glides on very smoothly and keeps my lips soft. Sometimes if I'm in a pinch I will use it on dry spots, like my knuckles, and it works well there, too. I have tried Palmer's skinnier tube but it's not quite the same. I prefer the large chunky size. Like most Cocoa Butter products this does have a cocoa butter scent however it isn't nearly as fragrant as most cocoa butter products. As far as the seller, the swivel sticks came quickly and in their original packaging. I think these may have been marketed for Latin America as the primary language on the back is in Spanish, but it is the same high quality product I used to be able to find in the stores in the US.
