I love the smell of cocoa butter, but it can be strong in skin care. I bought these in a bind because I ran out of my main supply and these worked great, but the odor is much stronger in the final product. Cocoa butter is hard to work with because of this but it’s beneficial so I love using it, but have to get mine with minimal odor or it’s all you will smell in my final body butters. With this brand, the wafers make it so easy to use and it melts much quicker, but the odor is still somewhat strong in the final product. I bought this to use with coconut oil and shea butter to make a hand cream. I am using woodsy and lavender essential oils so I didn't want the chocolate cocoa butter scent but just the texture. It smelled slightly of cocoa butter when I opened the bag but after melting with my 2 other oils I can't smell any hint of cocoa butter at all. Nice product! Read more

Not impressed, and it’s nonreturnable. I tried chewing a small bit, and it was like chewing Halloween wax lips. No melting, just chewing. I’ve purchased cocoa butter wafers in the past to melt in my coffee, with a light chocolate scent and flavor, that melted just like chocolate. I tried melting a small bit of these wafers in my hands to rub in as a moisturizer. Again, no melting. It was like rubbing a bar of soap on my hand. Read more
