Absolutely AWESOME dad gift. My dad cuts up random things all the time. I wanted something that didnt look super fancy that he wouldnt wanna use it, but still durable, and still had a sturdy and personalized look to it. Was VERY happy and pleasantly surprised when it arrived on time, felt heavy so you knew it was made of quality and long-lasting material. The engraving came out awesome! And best of all, my dad definitely loved it, and that's saying something because he is a man who does not express a lot of emotion. Anywho, definitely worth every penny, especially when it is a handmade item like this! Don't let that low-price concern or fool you. This vendor by FAR have made an extremely awesome product for an amazing low-cost price that lets people like me and you, obtain this 10/10 product. Support this vendor because they absolutely deserve it! (Sidenote: Also realllly love the fact it can be clipped on. For my dad, that man is gonna love not having to dig into his pockets of junk to find a knife or search where he left it last when he can literally just reach to his waist for it. Again. 10/10) Read more

Got this knife for Christmas. Overall, considering tac force knives are like $10 (the seller obviously ups the price for the engraving), the quality is very good. However, because the price is indeed like $25, the only real reason to get this knife would be for the engraving, as there are other many knives of simply better quality for around $25 (Kershaw cryo, crkt drifter, etc). With that said, here are some pros/cons for the knife: Pros: - Very solid. The knife is very solid, and I’m pretty sure the handle is solid metal (I honestly can’t tell for certain, lol, but it feels solid and does not feel cheap). - Blade is solid and there is no play. - Came decently sharp - flipper seat belt cutter design is nice compared to almost every other knife with a seat belt cutter, as those are usually integrated into the handle and do not flip - the engraving is good. With that said, make sure to choose your font wisely. I don’t recommend choosing an overly “fancy” font as the font on mine is very fancy looking but is so much so that it is barely readable. - assisted opening works fine. It is actually stronger than on my kershaw leek (pictured in comparisons above), which is mostly a good thing, although it should be considered that a stronger spring mechanism will tend to wear out the knife faster. Additionally, the stronger spring does make the knife a bit more difficult to open, especially with the flipper. Cons: - This knife is very thick. This might not necessarily be a con for everyone, but this knife is over 2x the thickness of my Kershaw leek while having a blade of virtually the same length. I understand it is thick because of the included seat belt cutter and bottle opener, but it makes edc with this knife much more impractical compared to many other better choices. - the liner lock is a bit thin. It still looks fine and should be fine, but it is a little thin. - there’s only a thumb stud on one side, which would make this a hard knife to open for left handed individuals. - as I have seen on other tac force knife reviews, although tac force often delivers very good quality knives for a great price, their quality control isn’t the best. On my knife, the bottle opener mechanism is misaligned and doesn’t close once opened unless pushed back into position. I have included a photo above. This isn’t a huge issue for me because I do not intend to use it much, and yours might not have it, but the quality control is something to keep aware of. - both the bottle opener and seat belt flippers are extremely tight, to the point they are hard to open with one hand. This concerns me a little, especially with the seat belt cutter, as it would seem like something I would want to function easily and quickly in the event I would need it. Read more
