I had gotten a pair of these earrings years ago at a small gift shop and loved them. I wore them so much that unfortunately I lost one. I could not find another set anywhere. I surfed Amazon and found them and forwarded the link to a friend who had gotten a pair also and lost one. They are so pretty and sparkle different colors. I purchased these earrings for a special dress event. I had a black pair that were similar, but a bit smaller, that I always loved. I've misplaced them, so was searching for an earring that would look special, but still be conservative. These fit the bill quite nicely. I happened to need a pair and wore these with a more casual outfit. They were so COMFORTABLE! They have the plastic disc and bullet backing, which sometimes pinches and is very constricting. (I tend to have thicker earlobes, so that is an issue for me.) These were so weightless and secure that I had to keep checking to see if they were still there. They always were! I suggest that if you like red, you will like these. The red is a true red, but would work with a darker or ligher red. due to the light refraction of the crystal.
