I was going to return this because I don't have enough counter space as it is. My husband wouldn't allow me to. He loves this thing! I see that it's easy to clean. He's learned how to cook with this easily. It's nice to have actually crunchy food at home with no grease at all. It holds more than most two basket machines. It seems to be a high quality item. Terrible air fryer, of you can call it that. Does not heat up for 15-20 minutes. Can not cook at different temperatures on either side. Does not get anything crispy. Still cold in the center.
