Just be aware - it is a small microwave. The tray isn’t much larger than a dinner plate. It does heat the food/beverage evenly, which is its best feature. Also, it’s an LCD display controlled by buttons and knobs. Easy to use, but just different from a touchpad interface. Personally, I’m fine with these features, though my son isn’t a fan. The inverter technology means I get an evenly heated cup of coffee, which is worth a lot to me. If you want to pay more, you can get a larger inverter oven with touchpad features, but this one works well for me. Read more

I was looking for one small enough to keep in the camper and powerful enough to heat things quickly. This one's an inverter type so it works very well and I'm really happy with it Read more

Not quite as advertised/reviewed, including by Consumer Reports. Very difficult to program and use; instructions are poorly written and incomplete. Child lock will not stay off regardless of following directions. It’s very finicky and anything put in it has to be watched carefully so as not to burn (or, conversely, to be reheated multiple times. This is a terrible product, especially for the price. It is a nice size. Read more

This heats evenly and excellently. When I bought it there were online reviews that said it didn't heat very fast. It heats much faster than my previous countertop unit. I can only think that the people who thought it slow were comparing it to the much higher wattage, installed microwaves. It's pretty quiet when it runs and the bell is not obnoxious. All of the mechanisms seem very robust. We are still learning to run it because it's a bit different from some. The only drawbacks are that the cavity is essentially black inside and the light is a fairly dim. This is more annoying that I thought it would be but overall it seems a valuable purchase. I will be even more pleased if I find in three years it does not need replacing because the waveguide/magnetron has scorched a burn patch in the cavity or the interior enamel all chips off. I just tossed out the second cheap one, from other manufacturers with those problems. Read more

Good evenly heating, but the “door open” button is annoying and unnecessary. Hence 4 stars. Read more
