First, let me say it took 3 deliveries before the right tv was delivered without damage, so get the installation option so you can have them take it back immediately if broken! Packaging actually seems adequate, I just think these large screen tvs have to be treated gently in transit, and amazon is not good at that! Picture quality is great, I think it sounds great, but I don't really turn music/tv up very loud so I can't really speak for the bass or anything. I wish they used roku or ANYTHING other than firestick as the OS. Every firestick I've owned has had issues, like having to force-stop apps occasionally, and this tv is no exception. It took a while to figure out a way around the firestick's energy-saving crap that would kick you out of your app and turn off the screen after 5 minutes on pause, but it can be done. It still goes to the Screensaver, but does not log me out of whatever show I was watching unless I walk away for like 15 minutes. Default is like 5, and firestick removed the ability to shut off this "eco friendly option". I was able to successfully sideload apps, probably the only thing I like about firesticks. Picture and sound are just great. Like a lot of other people I had a Panasonic plasma that wouldn't die for 15 years. Was getting top of the line Samsungs but they kept dying on me. Had enough of it. Went back to Panasonic Z95A Oled. A few issues: NO TECH SUPPORT for their TVs. I called them and that's the answer I got. No support for TVs!!! Also, their remote is not programmable, like Samsungs. Can't use it to control cable FIOS One box! Anyone out here with the Support number that gets me to talk to someone. And, BTW, the TV is *heavy*. I have a Sonos surround system with the Arc, etc etc but haven't used it with this TV yet. The TVs sound, 180W, is just great on its own. Read more

I bought the Z95 to replace my trusty Panasonic TC-P50ST50. I own several 4K TVs and gaming monitors but nothing that performs like this. I will be replacing one or two of them with the Z85 in the coming months. Pros -Amazing picture quality -Very smooth motion (default settings are a bit aggressive for some things though) -Very good sound system, beats every sound bar I have ever been exposed to. -Audio calibration uses mic in the remote similar to Yamaha YPAO -Price (LG was asking more for the G4 prior to Panasonic's return to NA) -4 HDMI ports (looking at you Samsung) -4K 144Hz -Easy setup -Alexa can control most of the basic functions of the TV -Hands free Alexa mic built into the TV can be disabled with a toggle switch and you can still use push to talk on the remote Cons -Audio is great but its an unnecessary cost if you have mid to high end sound system and dont plan to use it -Remote is fine but its underwhelming for a TV in this price range -built in WiFi is great but gigabit Ethernet would be nice -Panasonic took down the 4K demo "Display" by Perfume before I got to buy a 4K Panasonic TV The next best thing costs the same amount and its not nearly as capable. I have two plasma zt60 st55 both are beautiful tvs on there own capable of 3d and extremely good picture quality just like the old kuro that still surpasses most tvs i seen oled and leds but finally bite the bullet on this one as it was on sell here im happy with my purchase no complaints and wow it has a stunning picture i had too tweak it a bit but side by side comparison to my zt60 and dam is my word it just as good or better than my zt60 and Is capable of most formats the dolby vision is the best on it i do feel that it does not like heat we keep our home fairly cool and i do have a power conditioner most of my things i have upgraded or modified as i repair electronics and am a electrician im not a nerd but i love picture quality and sound quality sure could have gotten a Sony or lg but given how my panasonics have been so good all these years and surpassed there warranty as i hope this one does im glad i did choose this tv if you like the plasma picture quality this is the secret sauce panasonic thanks for great products and keeping too quality . I have yet too have any troubles with my set add a picture i had took over the holidays excuse the mess in the background that was karate kid playing oh one more thing the sound built on it is awsome without any audio equipment but much better with audio equipment for sure . Welcome back Panasonic TV's! We had a previous Panasonic TV for like 20 years, and we finally had to just replace it. Somewhere in that time frame Panasonic quit making TV's I guess,,, This Z95 Series model is amazing! The colors are so vivid, enhanced and clear, it's like you're there in person. It could be a little bit pricey for some, but totally worth it. Read more
