ZYMPAL Pancreatic Digestive Enzymes 20,000 Lipase USP Units by Pancap Pharma I sampled ZYMPAL pancreatic digestive enzymes specifically for the purported ability to address bloating and that heavy, uncomfortable feeling I tend to get after richer or higher-fat meals. The first thing I noticed was the capsule design. Instead of loose powder, these capsules contain enteric-coated microspheres, which is important because it suggests the enzymes are protected from stomach acid and released where they are actually needed. The capsules themselves are easy to swallow and completely unflavored, with no aftertaste. After a few days of consistent use with larger meals, I noticed a measurable improvement in post-meal comfort. Gas and bloating were reduced, and digestion felt more efficient, particularly after protein- and fat-heavy foods. The 20,000 Lipase USP unit strength feels meaningfully stronger than standard digestive enzyme blends, and one capsule per meal has been sufficient in my experience. I did not experience irritation or stomach upset while using these. The container arrived properly sealed with clear lot and expiration information, which I appreciate for a supplement in this category. While the price is higher than many generic enzyme products, the potency, targeted delivery system, and noticeable results help justify the cost for anyone with more demanding digestive needs. Pros: ✅ High-potency lipase with amylase and protease support ✅ Enteric-coated microspheres for targeted intestinal delivery ✅ Noticeable reduction in bloating after heavy meals ✅ Easy-to-swallow capsules with no taste ✅ Clearly labeled, well-sealed container Cons: ❌ Higher price point than basic enzyme blends ❌ May be more strength than needed for light digestive issues Read more

The media could not be loaded. I get the occasional boosting and more recently boats of gas. My sister has had more serious digestive and pancreatic issues. That and has very little appetite. The enzymatic lipase support, in this quality high potency Canadian manufactured product has been a needed, and welcome addition to our health supporting routines. The fact that this formulation is enteric coated is very good for our sensitive stomachs. The Hugh absorption relate and therapeutic dose, has allowed my sister to glean more nutritional sustenance from her less than ideal ingested food quantities. And I have begun to note less intense episodes a gas and bloating. This has also helped my sister in that respect, which seems to cut down on her accompanied nauseam. We appreciate the standards ZYMPAL adheres to, and greatly appreciated the enclosed detailed insert, which goes into greater detail concerning the product and was very edifying. I've found the capsule easy to swallow, taking with a full glass of water. The bottle is made from opaque plastic and is safety sealed. I did notice the product expiration date was shy of the two years I expected, being approximately 10 months out. I can not speak any further on this. But, I will be finished with the bottle well within the time frame. I do wonder why talc is necessary, but more so, the use of a particular red dye. Why would dye be a beneficial ingredient? Speaking to value, if this is what works for your needs, and it us within your budget, yes, there is value here. I was reminded any sort of pancreatic product is usually pricey. Unfortunately, I will only be able to purchase this product intermittently, due to cost. * please disregard purple bottle in periphery of my final image. Read more

I have always had stomach issues after eating, so I was eager to try out these enzyme supplements to see if they help ease bloating and gas pain. During the holidays, my husband has been getting more takeout for the family than usual, so I have had ample opportunities to test its effectiveness and I have been pleasantly surprised. I am no longer uncomfortable after eating and the usual gurgles and gas has been significantly alleviated. While I share the concerns with other reviewers about food coloring in the capsules, it hasn't seemed to have any detrimental effects, and the positives have far outweighed any potential negatives. The fact that they are made in Canada gives me some peace of mind, and while they are cost-prohibitive at the current price, I am now looking for something similar because the difference has been night and day. Based on the ingredients in this digestive supplement, I don’t personally feel comfortable taking it as I’ve got a very sensitive system. It may work fine for other, less sensitive folks though. The plastic bottle arrived properly sealed & has a clear lot number & expiration date of 10/2026 (9 months out) stamped on the label. The product features both an Amazon & standard UPC barcode. So far, from what I can see, all of the capsules are full & aren’t too terribly big, so shouldn’t be difficult to take. I appreciate that these are made in Canada & meets the specifications of the U.S. Pharmacopeia (USP) Pancrelipase Delayed Release Capsules monograph, though the talc included in the ingredient list is not specified as being “talc USP” which is the only talc that is guaranteed to be free of asbestos. The addition of unnecessary artificial colors, including the soon to be unauthorized FD&C Red #3 doesn’t sit well with me either. Had other, less concerning ingredients been included instead of these, I’d be quite happy with the formula otherwise. Unfortunately, that’s not the case & I will not ingest these. My system is plainly just too sensitive for me to take chances like this from a new & unproven brand. Read more
