Packaging was mediocre...just a plastic bag with a tissue paper with logos from pandora but no jewelry box😠! . It’s authentic. Nice looking bracelet! I wear it without charms and it’s good enough but not the greatest looking. The silver ball always would tarnish when left without wearing for a period of time so i always wash it with liquid soap before wearing and it returns back shiny. It means it’s indeed sterling silver. Bracelet is not that special in any ways when you wear it on its own! Read more

Poor workmanship and no replacement or help from Amazon or Pandora
This bracelet came apart about a month after receiving it, only worn a few times. Amazons' replacement policy had just run out. I contacted Pandora customer support chat line and was met with a bot. I think I have more success of getting the issue resolve with a unicorn from Atlantis. Not purchasing jewelry from Amazon any more with this poor policy. Read more
