These spot patches are okay. I tried them out with my little sister so that I could get a different point of view. However, we both agree that the patch does leave your skin in the area where you apply it feeling moisturized and smooth. However, it doesn't make the acne spot disappear; if anything, it lightens it a bit. My little sister and I left the patch on for just an hour. However, you can leave it on for up to 8 hours. Maybe if we left it on for over an hour, we would have seen better results, but I honestly doubt it. Maybe consistently over time. This box of pimple patches comes with 90 patches which is a great value. We go through these things in my house so fast, especially with a tween. I like that theses have the added benefit of tree tea oil, which I think makes the more effective and they work faster. My tween had a couple of painful blemishes that she wanted to treat, and I'm trying very hard to not get her to squeeze them. She put a couple of the patches on her face before bed, and they next day they were noticeably smaller and not as painful. The patches adhered nicely and stayed on all night. She said they were soft, and didn't bother her having them on her face at all. The best part was the effectiveness. The patches absorbed some of the blemishes and provide relief. I have a lightly oily skin type and sometimes acne prone, mostly when the weather changes it seems to have an effect. Anyway, these are really good. They stick very well and remain close to the skin. Even if you leave them on overnight. But they also reduce swelling very well and help bring the junk in your face to the surface. It's an excellent choice at a very good price. What I have noticed, and it works very well, is to find some sort of exfoliant scrub. Use that on your skin before applying these patches. Their combination of salicylic acid and tea trea oil soothes the inflammation and clears out any red marks. The exfoliant scrub helps clear out dead skin and debris.
