I have broken every plastic headband I own from Scrunchi and the cheap Chineese knock-offs, they will not last regardless how careful you are. I have been searching forever for this type of slim headband with teeth to pull hair back and hold it off my forehead. These bands are beautifully made with celluloid acetate, and they are made in France. I have several headbands from another maker that uses this material and they are unbreakable, they just didn't make this style of headband.
