Just what I was looking for. It’s a well built garbage can and has good weight to it. The slow lowering of the lid is a plus. It uses a 13 gallon garbage bag and it fits perfectly (unlike others I have owned). The liner is also well made nice and sturdy and holds the bag just right. Great size, came out of the box ready to go. The foot pedal mechanism seems very sturdy and we have no issues with it. The actual container is also very sturdy and holds the garbage bag liner tightly. Very easy to clean inside and out with just soapy water and shines up with a dry cloth. I'm happy with No Batteries. Bought this foot-controlled bin over a year ago, and it still works great. Our previous battery-operated one stopped working, and I did not like having to replace batteries so often. It has a strong inner liner bin, and the standard trash bag fits well. This is a nice, sturdy, stainless steel can with a light, easy to remove plastic inset. There was no instructions included, but easy enough to figure out as there is no assembly required. I have to rate it only 4 stars because of the manufacturers note found in the packaging. IF you need to return this item for any reason other than damaged packaging upon receipt, you must pay shipping fee after sending a request to return, and receiving approval. The item must be returned in the original packaging. IF something malfunctions, you are given instructions to call, explain the problem, and they will ship you the necessary part replacement. (I fail to see any need to replace anything but the foot pedal mechanism, or perhaps the plastic inset). Read more

So why are TRASH cans so expensive? But this being the cheapest I could find it came in good condition and functions well. Looks great and I like the inner bucket pulls out so you can hose it off outside. Read more

Nice size for the kitchen. Easy to assemble and seems sturdy. Not sure why it has the big can liner, took me a minute to add the bag. Seems like it will hold up well. Highly recommend. Read more
