I needed something for my overpronation that would take in account my high arches but would still allow for enough space for my toes to have space to help with my bunion pain. I liked the fact that these were advertised as having 3/4 length (allowing toe room), high arch support, and were rigid (flexing arch support just aggravates my overpronation). However, I still remained somewhat skeptical, given the disappointment I’ve had with numerous other orthotic inserts. Imagine my surprise when I placed them in my shoes and stood on them for the first time…I instantly noted a feeling of support around my arches and ankles, as well as what can only be described as a feeling of realignment of my knees and hips! My wife asked me how they felt…I could only smile! I only wore them for a few hours the first day, just to make sure I wasn’t a victim of self delusion. I wasn’t. I wore them continuously for the next few days and found that I truly was walking and feeling better in my ankles, knees, and hips. I then put in an order for two more pairs. These were truly a game-changer for me. Read more

I was skeptical that for this low price that these would be durable orthotic inserts, and wow, I'm blown away by the quality and the support these provide. They slip nicely into my shoes without squishing my feet. The most important is the support in the arch and the heel. The pictures they have for this do not do this product justice. You can see that there's a supporting shape for the heel pocket and deep swoop to hug that arch. I love these. Now I know I can buy a bunch and shove them in all my shoes. I had NO period of time needed to get accustomed to having these in my shoes. I literally put them in and instantly my feet felt comfortable and happy. Incredible value for the money. I love these. If I'm able to, I'll go in on my phone and add the picture to show what I'm talking about. Read more

They help to relieve my arch pain. I do think they are a bit wide. I could have gone down a size. I ordered the size reccomended. I wear an 8-8.5 USA women's size running shoe. The reccomended the next size up from the smallest one. I could have gone down a size and I think it would have been better. I mostly wear barefoot shoes that are pretty wide and not very structured all the way down and these still push on the sides of my shoes. I'm thinking about a smaller pair to see of its better because it does help. They are not soft at all. They are a rigid peice of plastic meant to keep the foot aligned and arch elevated. They easily skipped into my shoes and minimally took up space with my thin foam inserts. With my thicker inserts and my insulated insoles, they made the back of the shoe too low on my heel on some shoes. I don't find that they slip when your foot is in the shoe. I would reccomended trying them. Read more

VERY sturdy. Heels are higher than I expected, but arches are VERY well supported. Read more

These started out very comfortable, but over time hurt my feet. I wear them with the same shoes that are not worn out. Disappointing product! I showed up, it did not deliver! Read more

Very helpful as far as preventing discomfort while I am on the go. Easily inserted into my shoe. I am thankful that I ordered these insoles. I am only using one of them. Hoping it will allow my foot to heal so that I eventually will not need an insole. Read more

At the time of my writing this review, there are 11,344 reviews for a high of 61% 5-Star. Normally, I aim to only buy things that have a minimum of 68%, but these were recommended in a YouTube video of how to fix over-pronation (fallen arches) BFS.FIT - Barefoot Strength. I immediately got on Amazon and bought them. Currently, I am in GREAT PAIN for left foot over-pronation. I was tempted to return to my podiatrist for custom fitted orthotics knowing they would cost me $125 for out-of-network doctor visit plus $800 for the custom orthotics. Now you know why I was quick to buy these on Amazon and try. They look ALMOST exactly like the hard plastic custom orthotics the doc would make for me. That got me excited. Same odd little heel. I kid you not, I put them in brand new pretty colored CHEAP sneakers I just bought at the Big Box store (WM) and my feet feel great. Great support. My walk is good. My over-pronation is contained. Dang! I am thrilled. Think of all the money I have saved with these inserts and inexpensive (but PRETTY) sneakers. I am so happy. I am going to buy another pair of these orthotics. These will NOT fit pretty non-sneaker shoes. These will only fit sneaker-like shoes. I am very happy to write a review and recommend them for you to try. Read more

They hold up very well. I wasn't sure when I bought them, price was reasonable, and the product took all my pain away. I can be on my feet all day, and no more pain. I would suggest to anyone that needs arch support to buy these. Read more
