Peach Bands Resistance Tube Bands Set - Exercise Bands with Handles Door Anchor and Workout Guide

I needed to order exercise bands with a door attachment to do my at home PT exercises. I ordered a few different sets of bands and decided to keep this set after deciding that a) I didn’t need to go higher than 30 lbs ( I am using the 10 and 20 lb ones) and b) I don’t need to get ones that change in 5 lb increments . (Tension can be also be varied depending on distance from the door stop). I am happy with my purchase. Fewer bands to store and I like that the handles are attached rather than having one set of handles for all the bands. The handles are thus closer to the bands which just feels more effective to me ( more of the total length is stretchy). Love these bands! They're sturdy and reliable. The colors are cute and I like that it says how much lbs of pressure you're exerting with use. Helpful having the little bag that comes with them to keep track of the bands when not in use. Read more

I bought a single cheap resistance band recently and figured they are all made alike... wrong. Never used it because it just wasn't smooth and felt too light and too heavy all at once, odd. Contemplated buying these because they seemed pricey... literally have had them a day and they are already worth every penny!! They are great, they stretch but have resistance like a band should. Before covid I went to a nice gym and these bands are just as good if not better than theirs. I'd say I'm fairly fit but not super strong. For arms, the medium band was perfect and definitely hurt after a few rounds! Let me tell you. This is my godsend in this quarantine. I saw them on IG when an influencer was using them and I’m a gym rat, worked hard for where i am and devastated that the gym had to close for a month (but i understand nevertheless). Anyway, I watched a few of her videos using them and i went out and purchased ASAP. They’re great, i can workout at home with the kids on the other side of the door so I can really get my stuff in. Downside i wish it came with heavier bands, I do double up the bands for more resistance for a harder workout. I have recommended to my friends as they say it’s perfect for their at home workouts! After purchasing the bands I was concerned you wouldn’t be able to tell what level of resistance the bands would be. Thankfully, the level is stitched into handles. They work great, and I appreciate the bag they come in for easy storage. The door anchor was great addition as well and allowed me to do some other exercises I wasn’t capable of before. Read more
