This product is AMAZING! All the different components make it super easy to work full body. The only negative would be that although you can adjust the straps, it still doesn’t go short enough for shorter folks. I’m 5, 2 and I can’t use it to do biceps while standing on the straps bc it doesn’t give enough resistance. I just have to do biceps with the door attachment.
