These little lights are magnetic and come with small metal disks with adhesive so you can essentially stick them anywhere. They're easy to remove and recharge like a cell phone, the light is slightly angled downward so it doesn't blind you as you pass. The intensity is similar to a nightlight, not super bright but perfect for navigating in the dark during power outages. It offers a constant on mode and a motion sensor mode that activates only when the ambient light is low, reducing the amount of unnecessary activations, and crucially the motion detection is wide enough that the light activates at a useful distance away instead of only when you're right up on it like some other lights. The lights will activate for about 20 seconds, and if you are still moving they will remain on until approximately 20 seconds after the last motion is detected, there does not appear to be a way to adjust this but it seems adequate. The instructions say the battery will last about 30 days on motion activated mode while the description on amazon says 15 days; naturally it depends on how often it's activated but the battery is small so I'm inclined to believe 15 days is more likely in a well trodden area. I recently got this three pack of wall mount USB rechargeable puck lights, and I have to say, I’m really impressed so far. When they arrived, the charge was low, so I went ahead and plugged them in. It took about an hour for them to fully charge. They’re really bright for their size, and one thing I love is that you can switch between two light tones, either a warm light or a cool light. You can also choose to keep them constantly on or set them to motion sensor mode, which I really like. Another thing I appreciate is the magnetic backing. Each puck has a built in magnet and comes with a round magnetic mount that you can stick to any surface where you want light. I love that I can move them around if I want to. I plan to use these in different spots around my house and also in my RV when I travel. It’s great that I can just pull one off and take it with me. They’re small but mighty, and the light output is impressive. I also like that they come with a USB-C charging cable, which makes it really easy to keep them charged. I think having rechargeable lights like these is a big plus, especially during a power outage. You don’t need candles or plug-in night lights, just these puck lights that can run on their own charge. When you plug them in, the light turns red while charging and then green once they’re fully charged. They charged fairly fast. I’m still testing them to see how long the battery lasts. I’ve tried other rechargeable lights before that started off great but ended up with short battery life, so I’ll update this once I’ve used them longer. But so far, I’m honestly impressed. I like how these small lights pack a lot of functionality in a small package. The magnets stick well to our metal storage shelving units, but are not super strong. They come with adhesive metal plates you can stick to other surfaces that are not magnetic. They have 3 different color choices (selectable using a double tap of the button), are dimmable (using a long press of the button), and can be constant on or motion sensitive (by single tapping the button). It does get really bright on full power mode. There is a learning curve with proper operation since the single button does all the functions, but the very small printed user manual does cover how to operate the light. Overall, these are good options to light small areas that are infrequently accessed, but I wouldn't want it for an under cabinet light or anything you need bright lighting frequently or for long periods. These little puck lights are perfect to use for nightlights as they are motion sensor activated. I put one in my bathroom so it turns on when I enter the room in the middle of the night. I don’t like having a nightlight on all the time so these are perfect. You can adjust the brightness and there are a few different types of lighting you can choose. There’s a round magnetic thing with adhesive on one side so you can easily install these anywhere as you don’t need to plug them in. I like the fact that they are rechargeable and don’t use batteries or plug-in. They come in a 3 pack and would be great to use for undercabinet lighting, in a closet, or anywhere else you could use a bit more light. Read more

I missed one key step when choosing these lights from The LightULife Store. They are rechargeable lights, not outlet / plug in motion lights. These are made to attach magnetically to any surface and include a metal disc with adhesive for creating a magnetic surface. These are bright and easy to use. I have metal outlet and light switch covers in my home. This gives me a large selection of places to choose from. I suggest since they don't need to be plugged in, using a piece of painters tape to test the placement of the lights. The motion sensor is not 90 degrees. It is about 60 degrees. So if placed in a hallway, won’t automatically activate when entering the hallway. There is a lot of flexibility and versatility to these lights that I hadn’t considered when I thought they were plug in night lights. I found for a long hall, it takes 2 of these lights vs. a single light that has more sensitivity or more range for being activated. These lights are simple, unobtrusive, charge quickly and are simple to use. I like the overall small footprint and I think they will be useful for camping, for hotels, for home and even cabinets and closets. I hope my thoughts and photos help someone. Read more
