So comfortable and supportive. I got a new pair of shoes and wanted to be able to wear them barefoot, without them collecting dirt and starting to smell. I live in FL so lots of sweat- I mean I bought the shoes for walking outside on trails. So easy to take out and clean, and still comfortable after drying. Worth the money!!!! Read more

I bought these for wearing in my flats. I can even go barefoot because they have terry cloth and absorb any sweat. They also have the silver ions to prevent the growth of bacteria which is what will cause your feet to stink. :( Then they can go in the wash. I actually wash them in the machine on gentle; I put them in a lingerie bag, wash them in cold water & air dry. Pedag recommends hand washing. They have a decent amount of support with the semi rigid arch support and the extra heel cushion. They are also lightly padded. They are kind of narrow so if you have wide shoes, they may not fit properly. I have average feet so they fit most of my shoes and they seem to run true to size. You cannot cut these to size without ruining them. They do take up extra room in your shoes so if you don't have much extra room, you may want to buy an insole without the extra arch/padding. These are good insoles without extra support: Pedag 106 Deo-Fresh Washable Insoles with Natural, Durable Cotton Terry and Sisal Fibers, Pale Blue, Women's 6 OR Pedag 196 Washable Summer Pure Cotton Terry Barefoot Insole, White, Women's 8 I own all of these & like them all for various shoes. General sizing-It fits very well, even in wide width shoes. I got an 11 and I wear a 10 1/2. Personal experience-Very confortable in a sturdy way. The arch doesn't push up on my feet, which is a problem with my new Skechers shoes. The metarsal pad kind of pushes against my left foot, but not to the point that it bothers me. I can't wear heel cups with it. The front crinkles up with heel cups. You can go without socks with the material, but don't do too much exercise or activity sockless. Not pretty (smelling) as I tried with the Deo Fresh insoles, which uses the same terry cloth. Read more

I have a painful Morton neuroma and have trouble finding thin inserts for dressier shoes. These work great! Good support and soft fabric on the footbed. Read more

I bought these to replace the insoles in my Sperry boat shoes. They are perfect. Good arch support and I don't have to worry about them getting wet. A little bit pricey, but worth it since I could never find comfortable replacement insoles. Read more

This is my second pair of insoles. A friend recommended Pedag (she had a different style and suffers from flat foot) so I gave them a try. I had planters and these help with my arch support issues. They fit well in my Hoka One One Tors that I wear to work. I've tried a variety of insoles from specialty running shoes that are pricey and still uncomfortable (pressure points). Viva Summers I wear year round and I like the terry cloth feel, super comfy, breathable, and affordable! Read more

A great insole replacement or addition to non-removeable insoles. The is a very good insole to wear when not wearing socks with sneakers our running shoes. Insoles are washable and the silver treatment controls odors, even after hand washing. Read more

Quick : I ordered the same size 10 (Euro 43) that I have ordered 3 others of without the arch support. They didn't fit well in any of my sneakers.. too big. I had ordered the insole without the arch support from the Pedag. Those were incredible and I loved them. So much that I bought 3 more. I wanted to try these out too so I ordered 1 pair of these. The exact same size as the others I ordered but these were bigger even though being labeled the same size. At least a half size too big. Big enough that they crumple up in all my sneakers. These are knit sneakers so they are very flexible so I am not just talking about a little too big here. The non-arch support ones were also size 10 but I used them in sneakers from size 9-10. These don't even fit in my size 10.. These are kind of pricey so I'll probably go through the hassle of returning them.. but it's a bummer because it's a solid product just not the right size.. just measure them with the other insoles.
