Keeps Daughter Warm at the Bus Stop

I bought this for my daughter who freezes in the mornings waiting for the bus. I got the Khaki and it was on sale for $14.40 when I got it. It's not, but it reminds me of wool. It's very warm and my daughter loves it. I love that the hat is connected to the neck wrap, it helps keep the wind out. It's a bit big on her but we wrap her neck and head with a softer scarf, then bundle her up with this. It's nicely constructed and there weren't any loose threads anywhere.
