a shoulder bag, a fanny pack, and a duffel bag all in one. plus more.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I chose the Penta primarily because I needed a shoulder bag, a fanny pack, and a duffel bag and this had all three. But then I realized on buying it that it wasn't merely strong material that could last, it's that slick, light, thin stuff that can compress down. That hyper rip resistant stuff. It folds into an extremely tiny form and can toss it into a corner of another back or a backpack. This is extremely useful in situations where we've had to take an extra bag in our first bag with the intent to bring back souvenirs or heirlooms from dead relatives. So that's proved exceedingly helpful. Thing is, they've engineered this design so well that it all zips into different configurations. You end up with practically 5-7 different bags, more or less, by the combos. It's tough and has a ton of room. The grey color is the kind of thing I normally get to not worry about showing dirt, wear, stains, etc. I'm hard on my luggage. It's worth buying just to see the build quality, test it out, play around with it. In any case, it's luggage you'll want to have on hand as a good interstitial plan between all of your other bags.
