Best pens ever!
i bought these pens for starting a journal, and I couldn't be more satisfied with them. They are a little pricey, but they are well worth it. they are comfortable to write with, they have a smooth grip, and they do not skip. the colors stay true, and the ink lasts a long time. Read more
A nice celebratory edition, but it doesn’t feel as nice as standard EnerGels
I love EnerGel pens, and so I thought I needed the 60th anniversary edition. However, the Ice version of EngerGel is slightly different than what I’m used to. They write nicely, and if you run out of ink you can just steal a refill from the other pens in the package. That’ll change the color of the 60th anniversary one because it’s translucent. I like the look of it, and I don’t regret buying it. The ink doesn’t have much ghosting, and very slight bleed through. However, the gel grip on the 60th anniversary pen is firmer and less comfortable than all the other pens that are included in the package, and the ink tends to be a bit drier than EnerGel needle tip pens. The Ice pens in general feel lighter and don’t have as much heft. I bought this package on sale refused to buy it at full price. It’s a shame that the 60th anniversary edition doesn’t come singly, but Pentel knows we’re suckers, and we’ll buy pens we don’t need to get the one that we want. Read more
