OMG 😱 These gotta be the ABSOLUTE most, best artist pens ever. I've always loved Pentel. Pentel Pens and absolutely love their refillable mechanical pencils ( used them for years). I always loved the different sizes of the tip. I would mostly use #5 ink if I could find them or #7, mostly for writing and some sketching. I happen to come across these pens, I took a chance to go above my budget, and OMG I AM ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE WITH THESE !!! The colors are fantastic, they're smooth. Most definitely my favorite out of any pens I've ever used. I wish I could get more and in EVERY single color imaginable. I have noticed my favorite sizes are the #5 & #4, love the #3's as well. They are accurate, smooth, definitely durable, that's 1 thing about Pentel I've always liked they can take a beating 😁. They were so worth every penny. Nice fine to medium point pens. The color choices are nice (although there are no greens, strangely). The tips write well without skips. Pens do not leak. They are thick, substantial pens and fit well in the hand. Read more

These pens are incredible. The colors are all very bright and sort of neon. You could use these pens to draw an ultimate 80’s style pastiche of all your favorite neon color combos. I’d love a set just like this, but in a more muted palette to make pieces that are a little more toned down. Read more

Can’t go wrong with an Energel! Only downfall is that the ink wasn’t even half full. I also realized the color range wasn’t great, basic colors: reds (orange, red, burgandy, pink), blues (turquoise, blue, blueblack, purple), black and silver/grey. The pen design is pretty, the transparent barrel looks modern, it’s the no fail Energel but the colors are boring. The 0.4mm needlepoint gives preciseness to writing, especially for small spaces. Aesthetically on point, price point not so much. If you’re pen obsessed, get them. If not, don’t lose sleep if you decide to pass on these. Read more
