TEA LOVERS: UNITE! This toothpaste has been at the dollar store for decades, but has recently disappeared from there and a desperate quest to the Big Box stores (Wal-Mart and Target) in my area has produced no treasure....Amazon was the only place I could find it (Thanks Amazon!). I like it the most as it is mildly minty and (I suspect) it must lack the aggressive amount of SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate) that temporarily changes (blocks) our ability to sense SWEET via our taste buds. I can brush in the morning and make a cuppa (Tea) then enjoy the taste of the tea right away without waiting for the toothpaste to fade as I would with other brands like Colgate and Aim. Try it yourself and see. It has a mild wintergreen flavor (not a killer aggressive mint flavor) and allows you to have that tea (or Coffee or OJ) and still experience a balanced taste of the sweet along with the bitter / astringent from the tannins. Sadly, I have never seen this toothpaste in a small travel tube, but you can travel with a charcoal tooth powder and that works well. Don't worry, this toothpaste is not a big name brand but still gets the job done and keeps your teeth very clean without disrupting your palate. I ordered 6 at a time as I like to share it and it does keep well. Good value for the money. Enjoy! Read more

We’ve used Pepsodent for years. It’s a basic, fluoride, anti cavity toothpaste, priced reasonably, and has a great taste. Used regularly, along with flossing , I’ve had no plaque build up, cavities, or any other problems for years. It has a nice flavor and makes me feel clean and fresh. Pepsodent has become very hard to find in our area and is becoming scarcer and more expensive as well. I stock up on several tubes when I do find it. As you know, Amazon has everything! I found Pepsodent in a package of 6 tubes for $6. That’s $1 per tube. I bought 2 packages. Read more

Good value for the money, at least when I bought it - $1/tube as of early December 2024. I found Walgreens selling it for the same price online, but didn't want to pay extra for the shipping on their website when I had a Prime membership. I bought a year's worth of this stuff (12 tubes) just in case the price goes up in the future, and I may buy another 6 pack or so if the expiration dates on the ones I bought are far enough away... just to take advantage of this price while I can. Companies love to overcharge for stuff these days, so I can't say how much I appreciate not getting totallly shafted for once. As long as the price stays around the $1 (or less) per 5.5oz range, I'll keep buying this stuff. They are 5.5oz tubes instead of 6oz which is the only downside, but it's totally worth it for the price point. A comparably sized tube of the cheapest Colgate toothpaste I could find at a Walmart near me was priced at over $1.50, an unacceptable price when something like this is on the market. Read more

Great flavor and efficacy, only toothpaste I buy. Bulk price on Amazon on sale beats retail, and it's so hard to find in stores now! Read more

Took a chance to try this since it was much cheaper than my regular brand of toothpaste. I was worried about buying so many, in case it didn't turn out well. Luckily, it was ok . Actually I like the taste more than my regular toothpaste.. May end up switching to this on a regular basis Read more
