Great product! Functional, practical, well made!
As someone who has PCOS, and likely Endo based on my symptoms, this product has been great!! I initially found this after seeing ads for a different version of it on Instagram for a new start up which unfortunately is still pending sales because they are new—so until I can buy their design, I wanted to also have another handy and I came across this one. I’m so glad I bought it! It has helped me majorly each month since I purchased it, and the added vibration feature is wonderful! I love the design and how it is stretchy and can be adjusted to any size you need. I’m not tiny, but I’m also not on the plus size side of things but I think if I were there would still be room to expand the straps using the Velcro. Its really easy to put on and take off and I love that it also can just unplug from the wire so if you need to get up for a moment without removing it entirely or walking around with the cord hanging down, you can do this. I also love that you can choose the heat setting or vibration setting. The heat settings are high medium and low, and the vibration setting has a continual vibration or a pulsing one. The heat is on the lower back, across the uterus and underneath, in the space where a pad or a liner would go. This part unfortunately isn’t as helpful to me as I do wear pads and not tampons, but it does still provide some minor heat through the pad. The vibration is directly over the ovaries which is nice because it targets those areas while also vibrating out to cover the area toward the uterus. The material is pretty breathable and there are grippy dots all along the internal side so that if you’re wearing clothing like I do, it won’t slip around but will stay put with your clothes. There are mesh pouches behind each heating section which open on one side, allowing you to put anything you want inside of them which would rest up against your skin or clothes. I like this feature as the back heating pad gets a bit too hot for me while the front is usually perfect so it’s nice because I can slip material in there to create a barrier from the heat if I need to. It’s also great if you like to put an oil compress inside—like a castor oil compress or lavender or whatever else, the mesh pouches are great for that. Also, the material opposite the mesh, on the lining of the heated sections is like a windbreaker material so everything stays odor free because it’s so lightweight and breathable. My only negative is that the back gets super hot, but again, that can be mitigated with the provided pouch and adding something between, or even tucking your shirt down into it. I wouldn’t wear on bare skin/just over your underwear. It gets pretty hot even on a low setting but everyone’s tolerance is different. I wear mine with thin clothing and can do medium and low comfortably and hight only for a moment. The outside material is nice and slippery allowing any loose pajama pants or sweats to move freely and not get caught on the material. Overall, these are great. I hilariously call them my “hot panties” and have recommended them to friends and family who suffer the same issues. This has been a saving grace. The heating pad that I was once trying to wrap around everything and shove between my legs to get better relief, is no longer in use thanks to this! 😆☺️ Read more
