I do wish it didn't take up to an hour, I only use about 20 minutes but am seeing some minor improvements already. There's no weird taste and the gel didn't leak out. As someone who can't tolerate traditional peroxide strips due to extreme sensitivity, I was thrilled to find that these were completely gentle. Over all 14 treatments, I experienced zero tooth sensitivity or gum irritation, which is a huge win. Unfortunately, after completing the full course, I saw almost no noticeable whitening effect on my coffee and tea stains. At best, my teeth were maybe one shade lighter, which wasn't a significant enough change to justify doing it. It's a real shame the whitening wasn't effective for me, because finding a product that is truly enamel safe and causes zero irritation is fantastic. Other people have noticed my teeth look brighter and whiter! Easy to apply and remove. Will require you to put after removal due to the remaining solution on your teeth so don’t do anywhere you don’t have access to a napkin or trash. They stick on really well, even better than brand name ones I’ve used in the past that tend to cause more saliva and slipping around on my teeth. Easy to apply teeth whitening strips. The packages are easy to open and the strips are easy to peel off the plastic. They stay snug on top and bottom teeth and I have no problems talking or drinking water while wearing. I hate when strips slide all over and you have to keep adjusting. I also really like that they are easy to remove and any residue brushes right off. I have been using for a few days and I do not see a major difference yet but I do think they are helping.
