Easy fast and somewhat effective treatment. They did whiten my teeth but I don’t feel it lasts very long. They work well and stayed in place. 2 weeks worth of treatment and after the 3r day I noticed improvement. I used for 2 weeks straight and definitely bigger improvement after the 2 weeks. I know it sounds silly but I really did instant results I'm excited to use them consistently. I am a smoker and coffee drinker so a little change goes a long way. My only con was that it was VERY sticky taking off, I know keeping the gel on my teeth would have given better results and it's not recommended but I had to give a quick brush afterwards it was not a good taste left in my mouth. I used these once a day for 2 weeks. They are gentle and did brighten my teeth. They’d be useful for a special occasion, but like other similar strips, are not likely to provide a permanent effect. The package directions suggest using two packages worth of strips to obtain a full treatment. I tried to leave them on for the entire recommended time of 30 minutes each day. Even when I went past that time my gums felt fine. My teeth are definitely brighter, but I don’t think it’s a huge change. They do feel cleaner, though, which is cool. Read more

Pique teeth whitening strips are fairly decent alternatives to the name brand ones you see in stores. If used as directed, they do whiten teeth a smidge. I drink a lot of coffee and have some coffee stains on my teeth. After a week of pique strips, I did see some lightening in color. I like that Pique strips don't have an overpowering chemical taste. They are "natural" compared to Crest White Strips, with more naturally occurring ingredients. They did have a slight whitening effect. What I don't like is that they are much weaker compared to name brand strips. The hydrogen peroxide level is just too low compared to the brand name version. While the Pique Strips worked, I was looking for more of a change in color...this was very minimal. Read more
