This rug! I had it in my Amazon cart for nearly a year and watched its price fluctuate from $98 down to $58 every few weeks or so. When it was at $58, it was always not a good time to spend any extra money. I was like the universe was taunting me. I wanted it because it matched my living room decor so well! I FINALLY got the chance to purchase it (when it was down to $58) and I’m happy I did. I needed a new rug because my other one looked dirty and stained even when I used a Rug Doctor to clean it and it was too small. This new rug is nice and BIG! It’s a great thickness, thicker than my old rug. And SOFT! I love how comfy and soft it is! It looks great too! Easy to install. You just roll it out. I then put heavy books on the corners for about an hour to keep the corners from flipping up and that worked. Read more

AMAZING QUALITY - HIGH END - LOOKS TERRIFIC! I WAS HESITANT TO ORDER BUT THESE RUGS WILL TRULY "FIT" IN MULTI MILLION DOLLAR HOMES. THEY WILL MATCH ANY COLOR PURPLE - JUST BEAUTIFUL!! COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED! I WILL ORDER SEVERAL MORE JUST LIKE (IT IN DIFFERENT COLORS) FOR MY OTHER BATHROOMS & BEDROOMS. I'M EVEN BUYING THEM FOR OUR GUEST HOUSE AND POOL HOUSE....BECAUSE FOR UNDER $10 THIS IS A STEAL!! EXPEDITIOUS DELIVERY FASTER THAN EXPECTED. This rug is thick and plush and beautiful! Feels like a "cushion" when stepped on. It is not rubber backed-BUT IT DOES NOT SLIP AROUND-which is something I was concerned about. I will put one in front of each shower, one in front of the tubs, & one by each sink...they may not have been designed as "absorbent" but I'm gonna use them for that anyway because they are so thick & so sharp. I could not be more pleased with the company who makes this rug. So If you are "on the fence" do not hesitate -you will truly love love LOVE this rug! I searched 8 other stores and also online "for the perfect purple rug" but could not find this quality at this price anywhere else, so that is why I ordered from Amazon, which I only do if I save 40% or more. BY THE WAY- I AM NOT "PAID" TO WRITE A GOOD REVIEW- SO MY REVIEW COMMENTS ARE TRUTHFUL. AS A MATTER OF FACT I DON'T THINK HIGHLY OF AMAZON OR JEFF BEZOS. THE THINGS HE ALLOWS TO TAKE PLACE AT THE DFW 7 LOCATION ARE UNLAWFUL,. (ACTUALLY IN JEFF'S DEFENSE, HE AND THE GM TOM V, MAY NOT EVEN BE AWARE ...YET). I HAVE FIRST-HAND, IN PERSON KNOWLEDGE OF EMPLOYEE WORKPLACE ABUSE THAT IS ALLOWED TO OCCUR (USUALLY IN MOST CASES BY A NEWER OPS MANAGER) AT THE DFW 7 LOCATION. AND JUST FOR THE RECORD, I HAVE NEVER WORKED FOR AMAZON, SO THIS IS NOT A "DISGRUNTLED EMPLOYEE" CASE. THIS UNFAIR TREATMENT IS BACKED UP BY ADMITTED TESTIMONY OF NUMEROUS EMPLOYEE WITNESSES AT ALL PAY LEVELS, AS WELL AS VIDEO FOOTAGE. . This took me a few days to realize I loved it. I was creating my living room from scratch and had it recreated in a document with pictures of all the pieces in place before the purchases. When the rug came the design was not EXACTLY the same as the picture. It IS the same swirling but the swirls on the cut or size I ordered (large 7'10X10'6) I got were in slightly different places than the picture (which may be of 5x7) but they were well proportioned and evenly distributed and the composition was nice. I am picky, though. I am an artist and designer and had placed my furniture in my document to align with the swirls of the rug in the picture so I was a little put off for about two days. But then I turned the rug a few different ways and found another configuration for it to align things with and fell in love with it. Also, when I first unrolled it, it was a sunny day and the colors looked much lighter than the picture. But I found out that the colors change with the light. At night, with artificial lighting, the yellow is much brighter and warmer than when there is a lot of sunlight in the room. This allowed me to select various yellow pillows that are a little lighter to complement it during all times of day. The gray portion has a lined pattern that I hadn't noticed in the picture but, again, have learned to really appreciate and understand how it compliments the design. I was looking for a rug to match my new Tiffany blue kitchen and I chose this after a long search. It is such a beautiful high quality rug I was thrilled to get it! I was so excited to find this rug! The colors were beautiful, the price was right, and by some crazy stroke of luck pea green or gray would work! It was showing out of stock for Prime shipping and we were willing to wait; enter crazy luck again... It shipped much sooner than expected! It arrived today. We excitedly opened the package like kids on Christmas morning! It was exactly as pictured and described-though unlike most reviewers stated, the pea green is not gray so much as a muted, dark sage green-everything was perfect... Until I continued unrolling it. On the front and the back were pet hairs and if I had to guess, from multiple animals. My heart sank :*-( At least one member of my family has life threatening allergies to all animals. If I vacuumed this rug, front and back, removed all visible traces of animal hair, it would STILL need to be stored away for 8-12 months before we could use it. Fortunately, this product came with free returns, I was even able to get it picked up from here instead of hauling it off to a pick up spot. Unfortunately, I'm afraid to reorder because I have no way to guarantee that the same thing will not happen again. If I had to guess, I received a rug that had been returned by someone with pets. This would have been a 5 star review, that should give you an idea of how much I liked it. Read more
