We are very happy with the mug we purchased as a gift. It came well wrapped, is a great size, and so far the design hasn't worn off at all. Only thing that could be said against it is that the "w" on our custom name looks more like an "n." Besides that I have only praise for this product. All in all I would purchase this mug again.
