I recently purchased my 3rd of these beds. They have always been extremely supportive and durable and I the first 2 are years and years old and still in use with lots of life left. This third bed came with a different cover that had soft quilting over the top instead of the typical microsuede. The waterproof liner also did not line the bolsters which it did on the other 2 beds. I have a dog that likes to nest and dig and this has never been a problem with the other beds, however within a few days of owning this bed I watched him dig a hole through the cover and rip a large hole in the foam bed with a couple quick swipes. What is even more sad is that I contacted the company directly to express my disappointment with the change in cover quality and did not ever get a reply. Read more

Nice bed, a gift to a friend who has a beautiful incontinent elderly german shepherd. Was disappointed to find that it was smaller than it says, 2" each way may not seem much but this is a big dog and the bed is $139, the smaller size is 36" x 28" so guessing the same thing would happen, really glad I didn't go for that size! I'm hoping the bed works out and the liner around mattress works when there's an accident. Not sure if I can update my review once I know how it's worked out but will try. We ordered this bed about a year ago. The entire bed was a strong micro-suede material. We still have it, its great. We added to our pet family and wanted another one. What we got (twice now) is not what is pictured. The part of the bed the dog lays on is NOT micro-suede. Its a flimsy knit material. It fell apart very quickly. We had to return it and tried to order it again hoping we would get the original Pet Fusion dog bed in micro suede that is pictured. Unfortunately we got the same one again. For this price you can probably find a better bed elsewhere. Title of the product indicated that there are replacement covers (which you will need, mine was destroyed within minutes). I contacted the seller but unfortunately they don’t care about inaccurate description, or the fact the product is of poor quality and disappointing. Bolster foam pieces were cut incorrectly and only way to include with the bed is for the bolster flat edge to be the head rest andddd zipper seam facing up... Paid a lot for this extreme lack of precision. Not happy about this at all. Flat edge is not supposed to be a rest for the head. Zippers would now be on top of bolster where my dog lays. Nothing comfortable about having a senior dog leaning her body on a zipper seam and her head on a squared off pillow. Quality control missed this big time. Read more

The product I received is not the same as the picture in the description: the quality of the cover is not good. BTW: I bought it several years ago, it was in a good quality, so I bought it again but I am very surprised at the quality of the new one. Read more
