I got this faucet because my other one in a different design got a hard water buildup that I tried to remove but it resulted in the finish to come off and become damaged. I ended up needing to replace it so I got this one. It is significantly better and doesn’t get a hard water buildup around the base of it like my other one did. Definitely recommend. Read more
Beautiful and well made faucet. Our contractor is having an issue with the pop up drain assembly leaking. We have requested a replacement from the company; downside is that it will take 7-10 days to arrive. Read more

This faucet looks nice and I replaced a Moen that had the lever on top. That kind was impossible to keep clean. So I went looking for one with the side lever. The reason I dinged it a star was because it did not come with the hoses I needed to connect it. Also you definitely need to people to install this. One to hold it above while someone underneath tightens it. Read more

I acquired this bathroom faucet for a bathroom remodel project I'm working on. Last year I remodeled another bathroom and picked up a similar Pfister faucet at a local home improvement store. At that point, I was unfamiliar with the brand, but I did some Internet searching and found Pfister is referred to as a premium brand. Given my experience with both this unit from Amazon as well as the aforementioned unit, I rate Pfister ahead of Moen and Delta in terms of quality. This unit has an incredible finish. The satin nickel finish just seems more refined and higher end than that of other units. The heft of the unit, the smoothness of the operation and the clean lines are all five-star. I really enjoy the pop up drain, something I have a years worth of experience from my other unit. The nice subtle Pfister logo on the pop drain is a nice branding element and a departure from traditional and sometimes over-the-top branding on the unit itself. The unit is all metal inside, you won't find any plastic fixtures in there. I didn't install the unit as my contractors did, but there was no issue. Since this was being installed on brand new granite, I did not need the deck plate, but the package came with a notice (which appeared to be for Vine reviewers) that a deck plate would be shipped free of charge if needed. Unfortunately, for non-Vine reviewers, I don't know exactly how that would work out. I would seek non-Vine reviews in the event you need one and determine how that's handled. I do believe at this price point, they probably should have included it, but the installation looks great without it. This is now my second Pfister unit, I've been telling more and more people about them as a high-end alternative to Moen and Delta. Closer to Hansgrohe or other entry premium brands.
