Bought three sets of this particular faucet. Installed them ourselves which was relatively easy while watching the video. Did have an issue on attaching the faucet handle covers because in the video it shows a set screw with an Allen wrench. Ours did not have that and we could not figure out how to attach it. All we needed to do is screw them on, ugh. They're tight so I called Pfister. The man on the phone was going to send me six cartridges for all six faucets to replace. All I wanted was some advice on how to make them turn easier. Told him no way was all six cartridges bad. 2 Days Later I get an email from Pfister saying they cannot help me because I bought my faucets from a third party. What the heck? That is some messed up bs. Pfister is Pfister!. Anyway still haven't figured out that problem. May have to call a plumber or even worse, replace them. You can bet your bottom dollar we won't replace them with Pfister . Also the sink stopper worked great for about 3 weeks and then stopped holding water. Touching it one day while I was cleaning the sink I realized it was loose. All it needed was turning to the right and tightening up some and it has worked fine since. Read more

Well, the vast majority of plumbing work in an old house is removing the old parts. My house is over 30 years old and it shows its age especially the plumbing. My old bathroom faucet started leaking and I couldn’t find replacement parts. So I decided to replace the entire faucet assembly. I thought the entire installation could be done an hour or so. As it turned out I was always over optimistic about my capabilities. The vast majority (about 95%) of my time was to remove the old hardware. The old faucet was corroded badly and the screws didn’t work. So I had to cut them using a Dremel. Even the sink drain had to cut out since it was badly corroded. I had to remove and replace angle valves also since they were also corroded and didn’t work. Installation was relatively straightforward. My sink was too tight for the valve assembly so I had to shave some wood under the sink. Otherwise, everything worked as expected. Read more

Nice design It took a good while to hook everything together during installation. We replaced our old Delta faucets from 40 years ago with smoky colored plastic that was supposed to look like cur crystal. These updated the guest bathroom. I am pleased with the water pressure, style and the drain. Read more

Sturdy construction. Cosmetically pleading. Turning the valves on and off feels solid. Would purchase again Read more

Very nice, simple but classic looking faucet. Easy install with the quick connections and pop up drain. The only part that was a little unclear in the instructions was installing the handles. You have screw the base onto the threads while holding the handle so it doesn’t spin. Other than that great item from Pfister. Read more
