Of course this isn’t a steel series microphone but for the cost this microphone is excellent. I got this for a gift for someone so I tested it and everyone heard me just fine. I heard them fine as well. I did not explore all the settings to this mic but there were no echos. Also the headset is setup with a comfort strap so the hard plastic is not smashing into your head. This is the same strap used on steel series mics so this headset is an A+. Read more

The headphones are fine but the microphone leaves a lot to be desired. In the Windows setting, I have the mic volume maxed out; same within the settings of Zoom but it isn't loud enough. I basically have to yell to get any volume out of it. Very much needed this headset for work and it isn't doing the job. Edit: After reading other reviews, the dongle doesn't work very well for the microphone. I connected via bluetooth and now it's a lot better. Edit pt. 2: The mic picks up a lot of background noise so you also need to get a foam mic cover. I got a pack of 10 for about $5 Read more
