Its a great faucet and is easy to install. However my wife did not read the description carefully and see that this faucet is for vessel sinks that sit on top of the counter. If you have a vessel sink this would be a great choice for your decor. It comes with a nifty matching pop up drain unit too. Read more

Solid construction and it looks great. Great value for the money. I love the smooth handle action. This faucet has the same high quality appearance and color as the big brand name faucets. The added height makes it easier to wash and fit a bottle or something in the sink. Nice size supply lines make installation easy. Faucet is brushed nickel, so there is no paint chipping. Water flows through aerator filter: see photo. TLDR Short review - The faucet came with a bad part, the company sent me a new part, and the faucet was installed successfully and seems nice. Long review - Upon receiving the faucet I immediately saw a problem with it. The split nut that secures the faucet under the sink had bad threads. You could slide the nut on the faucet threads it was so bad. So I reached out by email to the company using support@phiestinafaucet.com I received an email back about 30 hours later. After that It took about 10 emails back and forth before I finally sent a picture of the bad threads and they were convinced I was right. I thought maybe a video of me sliding the nut up and down the threads would suffice but it didn’t. Anyway the company sent me a new nut and a couple days later it arrived. The threads on that were perfect and that problem was solved. Installing the faucet went well. You have approximately 25” of supply line to hook up to your 3/8 shutoffs. Make sure your shut offs aren’t more than 22-24” from the bottom of your sink where the faucet goes through. If they are further away it’s going to be tough because these use non standard supply lines. the 3/8” compression is standard but where it hooks up to the faucet it is a o-ring connection I used some Fluid Film to protect the bottom of the faucet from corrosion. These black faucets along with oil rubbed bronze love to corrode after some time. Vinegar and water help clean them, but if I can prevent it that would be my choice. The drain comes with a silicone gasket so plumbers putty isn’t necessary. I used some silicone plumbers grease when I installed the hot and cold supply lines because they have an o-ring connection where they connect to the faucet. This faucet is tall. It is meant for a bowl on a cabinet. This faucet doesn’t come with 4” plate to cover holes if you have a 3 hole countertop. This faucet doesn’t come with 3/8 compression to 1/2” female adapters. In conclusion I think the faucet is nice and well made. I got a bit frustrated with customer service and how long it took them to realize that I indeed was shipped a bad nut. But they finally realized it and solved the problem. Read more

This faucet is tall! Perfect if you want to fill things (I’m looking at you Mr Humidifier Tank!) or want to get your mouth under the faucet for a quick drink. I like how sleek and modern looking it is. INSTRUCTIONS: The instructions are a bit lacking as they are missing information such as dimensions, replacement parts info, and clear parts assembly sequencing. INSTALLATION: This faucet is designed with a threaded base to which you attach a circular “split nut” which, once hand tightened into place, is locked into place by tightening 2 screws. Getting this nut started was challenging, but doable. Only minor issues is the rubber washer, which goes between the base of the faucet and the counter top, easily slides out of place when tightening down the faucet (see picture). There is a link to an installation video, but it is to a similar faucet which limits its usefulness. The kit includes a push close/push open drain assembly, which I didn’t use, but mechanically it worked when I tested it by hand. It’s metal, not plastic, and seems well built. FUNCTIONALITY: Once installed it worked perfectly: no leaks, no issues! My only heads up is that being so tall, and depending on the shape of your sink, you might experience splash back at higher flow rates. CONCLUSION: Overall this is a very nice faucet and drain set. Works for me! Read more

This faucet definitely makes a statement. The finish looks sleek, and the build quality feels solid with no issues like leaks or rattling. Water pressure is steady, and it functions exactly as it should. One thing to note is the height. It’s much taller than a typical bathroom faucet and feels more like something you’d expect in a kitchen. With a vessel sink it works fine, but visually it can look oversized depending on your setup. Personally, I’m still deciding if I like the extra height long term, but it does make washing up very convenient. Installation wasn’t difficult but did take a little patience to get everything aligned. Once in place, it instantly gave the bathroom a more updated look while still blending with the existing style of the space. Overall, it’s a high-quality faucet that performs well. Just make sure you’re comfortable with the taller design before buying, as that’s the one factor that could be polarizing. Read more

This is a very nice sleek looking faucet. We have yet to install it because our bathroom is not ready yet, but this has a nice dirty feel to it the handle feels smooth and easy to turn on and off without feeling flimsy. It appears to be easy to clean and there is one control for the temperature which is what I wanted. Read more
