I purchased a utility Sink from Amazon and needed a faucet for it. It needed to be metal and able to take some abuse that it will receive in my workshop. Thisfaucet is perfect. It has all metal handles and spout. The base seems to not be metal, but everything else is including the inner workings, so the base not being metal didn't bother me at all. This is set up for a standard 2 hole sink with the spout in the center. Another great feature is that it came with the hot and cold connection hoses, Braided Steel color coded for Hot and Cold. Honestly this faucet whould be a $100 faucet, but it is way less. The metal water spout is also threaded for a standed garden hose to be attached, another great feature. I purchased this faucet a few months ago to replace a laundry room sink faucet. I was delayed in the install, out of return window. Installation was easy, however, the cold-water faucet continued to drip, the hot water had no pressure. I reached out to customer service for any recommendations for an easy fix. Really was not expecting a response. They responded immediately, requested info on issue and copy of purchase receipt and within a few days i received a new faucet. Installed it and it works perfect. Nice faucet and the price was good. However there was only a hose connection but no aerator. I used the one from my old faucet until I buy a new one. Other than that....no problems and easy to install. Read more

This is a very nice laundry faucet -- it came in a very nice package -- the quality was very good, it included the connecting hoses that attach to a 3/8" shut off valve. The spigot end is threaded so you can attach a garden hose or washer hose. Would buy again. Read more

I purchased this to replace an old leaky faucet in my garage utility sink. It came well packaged and the inclusion of new water lines is a plus. I found it easy to install with the enclosed instructions. Unfortunately, after install I found I had a very slight leak coming from under the cold water handle. I contacted Phiestina customer support and was sent a new faucet that arrived 3 days later. I have had no leaks with the replacement faucet and my wife loves how it works and looks.
