This is the only brand my family will use when it comes to cream cheese for baking since it is always consistent and doesn't have unnecessary fillers that mess up recipes (such as cheesecake). I have never opened a pack that had an issue. It is always very fresh and has the most creamy, wonderful taste. It is also very thick and has a fantastic texture when it is spread on bagels. Best of all, it also blends smoothly in cheesecake and when making homemade Key Lime pie. It is just one of those brands I can always depend on.
