I figured whipped cream cheese can't be done wrong, but I was mistaken. If you want a very light whipped cream cheese that is super easy to spread and has a soft mouthfeel, this is the one. I have found that some other brands produce a whipped cream cheese that is only slightly softer (and more plastic-y) than regular cream cheese. Read more
