Family favorite. The biggest problem here is you will end up making a lot of coffee, and some very incredible hot chocolate and about a million other things. Definitely gets a lot of good use. Great morning cup, even if a little smaller, but it is easy to make a double. Love trying the variations. The steamer is able to do quite a bit, and it is easy to clean. The grinding is also remarkably quiet compared to other automatics we have had. Read more

Bourght this machine after sampling a Cappuccino at a kitchen appliance store displaying this coffee maker. It was so good. A sales person explained all the features and I was impressed that it makes 20 different types of hot and cold coffee. I went home and found the machine on Amazon for a better price than the store, so I ordered it! Upon arrival I quickly assembled it. The first few coffees didn't turn out as I expected, but I have to admit I needed some online instructions and a few more tries. Finally I got the hang of it and now I cannot go a day without a Latte, Cappuccino, Espresso or just some good old coffee. I'm still learning some of the finer tweaks but I can see this is a winner. I received this machine today. The interior packaging (the manufacturer’s packaging inside the Amazon box) was damaged. However, everything seems to be working ok. I will keep all the packaging for a few days until I know everything is working. My BIG complaint is the labels! In particular, there is one label on the lid to the coffee bean hopper. It will not peel off! I am afraid to use an Exacto knife or solvent because the lid is plastic. If I use a knife, it will likely scar the plastic. If I use a solvent, it may damage the plastic. I want a replacement lid WITHOUT a label! How do manufacturers allow this? What packaging engineer chose this label? It is nit acceptable in this day and age to have this kind of sloppiness. This is our second Phillips machine. We love the output, the size of the unit, easy to care for. This model is quieter than the previous model. The price is great compared to other machines. Easy to clean. We use at least 4 to 6 times a day. Read more

Great upgrade. We upgraded to this from a 3000 serious. A lot more options, easy to use. I make lattes religiously and they seem silkier and smooth. Very easy to use and it’s nice that it saves coffees for different profiles. Read more
