The head on this brush is a lot smaller than the one on my old Sonicare. This is perfect for my tiny mouth but I doubt it would please everyone. I was also concerned that it might not have a standard wall cord, but it does! It cleans my teeth just as well as my old one, has the 30s warning, 2min cycle, & also has a pressure sensor that I haven't had previously but find helpful. Read more

My mouth feels clean . It brushes well. Charge last and it's more powerful than other Brushes I have used. My only complaint wish it came with 2 Brush heads instead of one. Read more

It works as well as the larger Sonic (The original) and it takes up a lot less space on the sink top. Read more

Updated Review: The metal bayonet that holds the brush head simply fell out, with less than a year of regular, gentle use. The old Sonicare model was MUCH better. It used induction magnetic to vibrate, had a solid screw-on base and good brush covers. The new Sonicare is missing all that made the older model excellent. The brush head vibration is driven using a toothpick sized metal bayonet, which simply fell out this morning. The brush heads were forced down on the tiny stick and the brush covers barely stay on. The brush heads themselves are much more fragile and easily break when pushing them down onto the bayonet. To top it all off, the power button broke and we have to be careful not to get water inside the motor housing. The new Sonicare is a major disappointment. I can understand some changes, but the number of modifications, all to save a little bit of money, has really ruined the brush’s reputation. Read more

The product --an electric toothbrush -- is fine its Customer Service that was unable to address and correct a problem taking 1 hour and 10 minutes on the phone...With only soft assurances the issues are corrected. 1. The instruction to register the toothbrush and to secure a free tooth brush head are unintelligible and do not work. 2. CS was unable, in over an hour call, to advise how to secure the free toothbrush head 3. CS was unable to send me the warranty which CS tells me I have 4. I was charged for a toothbrush head --while trying to secure my free one--and was automatically signed into quarterly purchase of toothbrush heads...which I did not want. 5. CS insisted repeatedly that I had NOT been charged, even after I told her ...that my AX was already charged for the toothbrush..She insisted it was not. 6. I suggested she seek guidance on how to resolve these matters...while she eventually did do that--to no avail-- she continued to repeat posts that were incorrect...If you repeat the same errors over and over --It does not change the outcome.. Very frustrating and no need to make the offer so complex.....All Philips seems to want to do is to sell their units and attachments...and provide terrible lack of clarity on how to get what they offered....Off to a very bad start with Philips...Hard to recover..
