I was a little skeptical of using the app after reading multiple reviews with problems. I purchased one of these and a set of heads for my children. We haven't had any problems with it deleting information or mixing up my kids profiles. All of my kids are excited to use this toothbrush and fight over it. Great toothbrush for getting your children interesting in cleaning their teeth. These are the heads I purchased Snap-on Philips Sonicare HX6013 / HX6014 Proresults, 8-pack, Generic Toothbrush Heads, fits DiamondClean, Flexcare Series, HealthyWhite, Sonicare 2 Series Plaque Control, 3 Series Gum Health, PowerUp, EasyClean, HydroClean Handles . I love them and they work great for my kids, but my wife likes the more expensive Philips brand head. Read more

This is an awesome toothbrush to help your child get interested in brushing their teeth properly. There is a fantastic app that works along with the toothbrush to encourage children to brush properly and rewards them with treats in the app. It is so cute and my daughter loves it! Read more

Great product for our child int he 7-10 age category. Easy to use and ensures the 2 min brushing with signals to help the kids move the toothbrush around to all four segments of teeth. We also liked the 14 day "ramp-up" mode which is automatically a part of the product. It allows time to get accustomed to the new feel of the toothbrush. The brush head that comes with this unit is "adult" sized in my opinion. We purchased Philips Sonicare HX6032/94 brush heads which are a little smaller since our child is still younger. Read more

I purchased it for my granddaughter as a replacement. She had one that did not have stickers, so she picked this one because of the stickers. Considering it is a toothbrush, they would do a better job of making sure the stickers stick. Needless to say, we have gone through the stickers, and now the replacement one looks like her old one. I had the adult version for years and it finally gave out on me. I wasn’t mentally prepared to spend the $200 to get another one and my dentist told me to skip the adult version and get the kids to save money. It’s basically the exact same as the adult version. 10/10 recommend if you don’t want the price of the adult version Read more

I purchased these toothbrushes for each of my granddaughters when they were around 2-3 years old. They both loved them. In fact, my daughter recently took a photo of her 3 year old using the brush without being asked just because she liked it so much. My 10 year old granddaughter, for whom I bought her first Sonicare toothbrush when she was 3, was recently told by a dental technician that her teeth were the cleanest she had seen in a long while. I highly recommend the Sonicare Kids toothbrushes. Read more

Not for a three year old or 18 month old learning how to care for their teeth. The SERIOUS vibration either hurts or tickles, not sure which but they want nothing to do with it. It's been sitting on the bathroom counter for about a month now unused. Sort of waiting for their interest to return. Not happening. Anybody want to buy a barely used Sonicare toothbrush? Oh, and one other minor annoyance - this thing shoots toothpaste all over your floor! If you don't have that bad boy in your mouth when you push ON, you will find beautiful little blue chunks of toothpaste everywhere - no kidding...... Read more
