Excellent for Runners
There are all kinds of tape sold for runners - and other athletes - to use for areas of pain or minor injury. This product is superior to me. I've used various Phiten products over the years all with good results in minimizing pain and allowing for movement. I am 70+ yo and a runner - marathons, 10Ks, etc. I have both ankle tendinitis and plantar fasciitis in varying degrees. Using this tape on the base of my foot or wrapped around an ankle very much helps me when running and after if I want to keep it on. I've also used it along my quads and hamstrings a couple of times in races and it produces a similar result. I recommend the tape for reduction of injury pain and protection to the extent it can help you when you run a race or engage in other forms of strenuous exercise. Read more
Phiten tape works for my aches and pains
Phiten tape is my friend. I have had a lot of sports injuries, construction site injuries, etc. Over 20 or so years ago I started using this tape and it still works for me. I recommend those with moderate muscle, ligament and tendon pain to try it once to make certain it works for you before buying too much of it. Some folks I gave some to said it didn't work "as expected".... Read more

Very satisfied
I’ve had problems with my rotator cuff for the last several weeks; no cuts or tears, but pain due to overuse and aging. I used this product on my shoulder and it minimized the pain tremendously. Would highly recommend. The seller also delivered the product timely. Read more

Arthritic Thumb
I have always had faith in Phiten products over the years so I decided to give the tape a try on my weakening arthritic thumb joint. It is truly amazing! My thumb is no longer weak nor does it hurt when doing normal tasks. I cut it to size and place it around the joint along with a bandage to help keep the tape on throughout the day. After using it for several days, I no longer need to wear it daily. I am again a true believer in Phiten. Read more
