I am very, very happy with this pack of kinesiology tape. I do a lot of running, and the muscle just above my Achilles tendon in my left leg sometimes gets sore. I can actually feel it moving around on the back of my leg when I've gone beyond 5 or 6 miles. I have been wearing compression socks for years in order to combat a generalsoreness in my Achilles. This muscle thing, though, has only kicked up in the last couple of months. It was recommended to me that I should tape that calf with kinesiology tape and then cover with the compression socks. This worked like a charm. Because I run every single day, I go through a lot of tape. This tape advertises itself, and truly does last through showers, but I don't want that wet tape wrapped around my leg all day, so I take it off right after I shower. These work great. I bought them for my injured knee. They stick really really well. Easy to use, no smell, very good quality. Tip, to take the tape off : do so when you are in the shower or tub. Otherwise it may pull skin off if you try taking when the tape is dry. Read more
The BEST therapy tape I have purchased on Amazon because it sticks and stays on. Better adhesion than name brands. Does not irritate my skin. Stays on until I pull it off. Great price point for doing what it is designed to do. The only negative I can think of is the edges do start to fray a little but I use the tape on my dominate hand and arm so it sees a lot of action. This tape is one of many I’ve purchased here and in other places. This is the best of them all it’s strong it sticks very well to your skin. Bought a variety pack to see how it works. When I tried to remove from paper backing the strips stock together. It’s made out of flimsy material. I’ll stick to a role of Hampton tapes which is made of cotton. Thank you. I don’t recommend this product. Forget about it !!! Read more
