I’ve been using this product for about a month and the results have exceeded my expectations by a long shot. This product Physicians Choice Thin 30 Probitic absolutely game changer. I took my first capsule last night before bed. First capsule easy on the stomach. I had No Bloating and No Gas taking this eliminated both of those for me during the night. It will take some time for weight loss results over time. I've been taking this since November 2025 and noticed that it does help with bloating (mind you I am in my mid 50's and in menopause). My energy levels went up and prior to using this product I was always feeling fatigued. I did lose 3 pounds but maybe its because I no longer feel bloated like I used to. Overall, I am satisfied with this product. UPDATE - after 2 1/2 months of taking this product, I noticed that I started having a sour taste in my mouth...like acid reflux/gerd. This has been going on for 2 weeks now. I researched the ingredients cayenne pepper extract and apple cider extract and both ingredients are contributing factors to what I'm experiencing.
