Has helped with acid reflux and IBS! The acid reflux was painful. The only thing that helped was drinking baking soda and water. I rarely experience acid reflux now and when i do I drink Aloe Vera juice! The IBS is what the probiotics has helped the most. It would be extreme TMI to give details.
