This is an absolute necessity to the busy hairdresser. It works great. Be prepared for it to get hot in the salon, but it is well worth it. I have used many types of this style heat lamp and this one is my favorite. My problem is that there are electrical issues. You can turn the individual lights on and off. Donβt. Just move them away. They will not turn back on. I have been through 4 in the last 6 years. Again this is my favorite but they have all died the same way. They have gone up in price significantly but here I am once again buying another one because itβs the best I have found. Read more
We bought these lamps for my salon to help process color. Not only do they work amazingly well, the company is great too! We received 2 damaged bulbs. I sent an email and they sent 2 new bulbs right away with no problem. Highly recommend this item Read more

The media could not be loaded. This is my second light from pibbs. PLEASE BE CAREFUL. It clearly says on the instructions to be careful that the stand is spring loaded. I successfully set up one light on my own no problems. This light seemed to have a sticking button which would not go properly into the base. My husband tried to help me assemble it and was not aware of the spring load action, and I just didnβt mention it because I did not think this would happen. Unfortunately he turned the knob and the pole shot up into his eye. This could have been so much worse. Thank God he had quick reaction and shut his eye. He is cut on top and bottom and swollen today. Like I said it does warn you all the instructions and there is a sticker on the base of the pole as well, I donβt think this wouldβve been an issue had the item not been somewhat defective. We were able to get the button un stuck , after speaking to a customer service representative. I also mentioned to her about the issue. So I will keep the light as we were able to get it assembled. But please be careful, the first light assembled super easy no issues. For those of you that do not know what spring-loaded means, now you know. The light in itself is good quality and I use it to process my highlights and balayage at my salon. I like that each light can be turned off and on individually. Also Iβm a little embarrassed to share this photo, because I did not see it on the instructions and didnβt really pay attention to what spring loaded meant, Iβm simply sharing this for anybody getting this in the future and just telling you to please be careful when putting it together. Like I said the first one assembled super easily and we had no issues. My husband did not know that if he turned the knob it would activate the spring action, as he had never used one of these before. Read more

I am SO happy with this product!!! It arrived sooner than expected and gives out an incredible amount of heat! I am thrilled with the look of it. The height adjustment has a spring to it so it is very easy to adjust up and down. It is bigger than I imagined but such a great product. It was packaged very well -super easy to assemble and I could not be happier!!! Heads up -There is only a on and off switch, no heat adjustment but I just bring the lamp in closer to my head for more heat and further away from my head for less heat and that works great!
