This is my 2nd one of these. It’s small and lightweight but hold a pretty decent amount of stuff. It comes with a full set of silverware and salt and pepper shakers. Don’t put the silverware in the dishwasher. The plastic grips will come off. Wipes out easy and will keep your food cold for a decent amount of time with ice packs. I was in EMS for 14 years and beat the first one up pretty good and it still lasted me for 12 years until the zipper finally broke. This lunch box (tote) can hold so much- its crazy. Sometimes I fill it with stuff just because I can. It has 2 compartments. the bottom is more narrow than wide, but that does stop me from putting tv dinners in it. Ex. would be like a banquet dinner and a Marie Callender. The callender box is bigger but will still fit into it. Never tried putting it in the top. I can fit a tv dinner, bottle of juice, snacks and a few other things and it closes with no issues. The top section can also hold a ridiculous amount of stuff as well. I usually put (like the dole cups) 2 apple sauce, a pineapple, and mixed fruit cup containers, granola bar, snack sized zip lock baggy and a sandwich sized one. ea with different items in them and a pack of gum. on top of that I put in my 24 oz bottle for water and I can also fit my 16 oz container that I use for tea. It can hold a LOT of food items and usually if I cant close the bag I just rearrange the way I have my stuff in it and boom...it all fits. I dont eat all of this on lunch, but because I work up to 11 hrs a night, I like to have options for snacks through out the night. on the inside of the top flap is a zippered pocket. Not too sure what you could put there except napkins, but I have my travel toothbrush and tooth paste inside it. The front part holds the utensils and the salt/pepper shaker and napkin that comes with it. This to me is one of the best parts. As long as you put them back as soon as you wash them, you will never have to worry about 'forgetting' your utensils. I wash mine soon as Im done that way I dont worry about it later. They are made of stainless steel and are not cheaply made either. They do have some weight to them. I have not had this lunch box for 2 too long but like anything, if you take care of it it will last. The salt/pepper shakers arent big and that is okay because I shouldnt be eating that much salt anyway. I washed the napkin and misplaced it so I dont use it. The 2 sides have mesh pockets and I guess you can put what ever can fit in them in those. The handle is strongly built. for as heavy as the bag gets, I never worry if it will break when carrying it. The strap is in my work locker, but again, I do not use that either so I do not know the length, level of comfort or anything like that. I would think its just as strong like the rest of the bag. One thing I cannot inform you of is the bags ability to keep items cold. I do not use ice paks. Its a pretty decent sized bag but still fits in the fridge at work and takes up the same amount of space as the regular sized bags. Sturdy, well made, roomy. The bag is a little bigger than I thought it would be, which is great for me. I usually take quite a lot of food to work everyday, so the extra room is appreciated. It's still not too big to put in the fridge at work, though. But it will easily accomodate cold packs as well. The sturdy zippers and stainless steel zipper pulls have help up perfectly. I broke a nylon zipper off my old bag within a month. I'd probably have to work pretty hard to break one of these. Having it's own compartment to hold a knife, fork, and spoon is a really nice perk! There are places that I work that do not routinely have anything in the break room. You have to walk downstairs to the cafeteria to get anything to eat with. Not anymore! If I had to fault something, it would be the salt and pepper shakers. They are really nice to have. But they do tend to leak a little inside the bag. Not like they are going to be empty after a day or two. But there is just a little in the pocket when you open it. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another! Read more

I waited to write this review so that we could give more than just an open box review. 3 months use now. This thing is AWESOME. It's my husband's daily lunch box and for a guy, he keeps telling me how much he likes this. Features: First off, it's bigger but still doesn't look like you're carrying a suitcase. I usually pack his lunch in the bottom compartment which can easily hold 2 cans of pop, an ice pack and a couple regular plastic containers. The top portion is great for adding in fruit or emergency snacks, but he also holds his wallet, keys and toothbrush in there. I think his favorite part though is the front utensil zipper. Having a regular knife and fork makes such a difference. As an added perk, the side zipper mesh pocket holds his office door key card. No more fumbling for his wallet to pull out his key card. He just holds up the side of his bag to the door pad and in he goes. Quality: The fabric is pretty tough and easy to wipe down. Ours is the Navy color. The zippers are good quality and heavy duty. I haven't had problems with them at all. The handle on top is nice but the hardware for the shoulder strap are made of plastic. The silverware that comes with it is just average, but does the job. The salt and pepper shakers are also sub par but keeping them in their slots would prolong their use. I don't think he has ever really used the napkin but it's a nice touch.The lining inside seems to keep things well chilled and is also a good quality fabric. It will last. I suspect there have been a couple corners cut to keep the price down, but overall this thing will last well with average use. Picking it up and handling it, you can feel it is overall above average construction. Bottom line: Great larger lunch box with well thought features. Perfect for a man's lunch box or a small picnic. Overall nice quality with just a couple of small quality issues but for price point I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again. Read more
