These felt amazing right out of the box. I knew they would be puffy and retain their shape. The first night We slept on them, I wondered if I had spent all this money for nothing. Mine was too thick for me (used to sleeping with a down rather flattened pillow) and not thick enough for my husband. Then I remembered they have zippers to adjust the stuffing!! Before the next evening, I removed quite a bit of fluff (which is amazingly fine and soft) and stuffed it all in my husbands. They did not lose their shape or become weirdly lumpy at all. That night he slept perfectly. I still struggled so I cast mine aside and grabbed my old pillow. Last night before bed I removed a great deal more fluff and achieved my perfect pillow experience. It’s a lot like my old pillow now except a tad more supportive. And it’s still puffy and shapely which is amazing. My husband declined my offer for more fluff. His is just right for him already. I've bought a lot of pillows over the years (memory foam, feathers, hybrid feathers) and this is my favorite pillow ever so far. My husband like mine so much he bought one also (his norm are the $5 bargain bin pillows from JCP so I was shocked when he asked me to order him one), so we have three now. I took a lot of the stuffing out of one to use for my head and left the original stuffing in my second one to use for side sleeping. It comes with a little bag you can keep the extra stuffing in which will be handy if it starts to get compressed. So far so good for all three, still fluffy. Read more

Pillow could be thicker. One pillow is not quite enough and two is too many to sleep on. Pillow bounces back well, firmness is fine. Head and neck are comfortable on the pillow for sleeping. If propping up in bed you will need several. Read more

Wow! I have found the pillow of my dreams! I am a side sleeper and I’m used to a very soft squishy pillow. I finally gave up my pillow after many years and decided to take a chance on this pillow. I love the fact that you can adjust the stuffing amount. I did end up, taking out a small amount of stuffing and the pillow is just heavenly. I highly recommend. It is a bit pricey, but well worth it. I decided to take the leap after buying cheaper pillows that were a huge disappointment. The pillow seems to be made very well. Read more

I am always skeptical when things seem too good to be true, so I decided to give these pillows one week before i passed judgement. Well it only took two nights to know that this is the most comfortable pillow I’ve ever had (needed to be sure first night was not a fluke). As a side-sleeper I have always had to plump up my pillow after an hour or two, or fold them over to offer more neck support. I have a herniated disc and partial tear in one rotator cuff so it can be painful if I don’t find a comfortable position. After reading such great reviews, I was hoping to get the same experience. However, the quality is absolutely horrible. My neck was completely unsupported and I woke up with pain.
